I requires two weeks’ minimum notice when booking online and face -to-face group coaching.

One-to-One sessions will be booked to suit both parties diaries.

When booking individual dates for any coaching service, dates must be booked in advance of the initial coaching session.

Consultancy services and retainers will be discussed and treated outside of the coaching services.

A non-refundable 25% booking fee will be payable on issue of your Purchase Order for all group coaching sessions.

An invoice will be issued on completion of the coaching session & full payment is expected within seven days of issue of the invoice or seven days prior to the booked coaching.

One-to-One coaching sessions an invoice will be issued prior to the agreed date and time. Invoice is expected to be paid in full upon receipt.

Consultancy services will be treated as a separate entity to coaching services.

Consultancy services can be retained and discussed and agreed project by project

With the consent of the attendees to use any photographs taken on the day across the Opening Doors Consultancy social media & company website.

With consent I will promote the coaching on social media & to their wider network.

I will not post any photographs if an attendee requests to be excluded from promotional images & no photo or video material will be posted without prior consent.
